Many new poker players are joining Texas Holdem and some of those players are also trying their luck at Omaha poker. The problem with trying your luck at Omaha after playing Holdem is that the games may look the same, but they are not. Omaha may look like Holdem because it is played with five community cards, but that is really the end of how similar the games are. In Holdem you can use any five-card combination from your hand and the board, but in Omaha you must use two cards from your hand and three from the board.
